Multimedia Guide to Allergy CME Programme

The Project:

Development of eight eLearning modules to form the Multimedia Guide to Allergy, accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, (EACCME) for 1 hour of CME per module. Each interactive module examines the science underlying each allergic condition and provides a wealth of practical information on diagnosis and management

  • Self assessment quizzes
  • Design and population of the Blackboard VLE structure
Target Audience:

Designed for trainee and specialist doctors and nurses in allergy and associated allied health care professionals with an interest in allergic diseases.

Aims and Objectives:

To design and develop the online component for the MSc in Allergy to assist and support the existing face-to-face course. In addition, to provide a standalone fully online CME course to be offered through the School of Continuing Professional Development.
